3B pencil in my sketchbook :) i think i did it in between studying math around chinese new year. um its been edited on photoshop…where i discovered that i should use colour contrast instead of eraser – after FOUR YEARS. heh paise. 026. Girl with a pearl earring

Original painting be reknown Dutch Artist, Johannes Vermee. Copied during some lesson on the Great Masters during art last year. Acrylic and posterpaint, edited with photoshop. I personally feel that the face was kind of incomplete though. and the pearl earing should have gotten more attention because it is supposed to be the focal point of the painting!

This is the final design for 2005 Festival of Arts mascot. You can view the clay figuring under 3-D pieces. The whole piece is drawn in marker and colour pencils

023. Reminisce

Reminisce is the theme of the end of year timed drawing and painting paper in 2006. This piece was done in the 3 hours time limit given to us :) Its a mix of acrylic and poster paint. Many of the aging effects were scratched on using an old brush

this was originally for some design competition for SYF. water colour on drawing block paper. The waves were created using a comb and toothbrush to flick whit paint onto the rocks. I think the rocks were not done well because they’re rather flat.
