Item: Wacom FAVO graphics tablet (older series, I think it's only in production for Wacom Japan now)
512 levels of pressure sensitivity
Pen dock at front of tablet
Comes with bundled software and driver CDs. The box is, uh, a bit vandalized.
Price: neg, definitely less than $100
Condition: The tablet is in very good condition - fully functional etc. Box is vandalized, as said above, but there's still the basic box structure there.
